Frequently Asked Questions

For general inquiries, walk-ins are welcome during office hours. However, if you wish to meet with the Rector or a specific senior leader, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance by calling or emailing the Reception.

All inquiries are acknowledged within 1 business day. Most requests are fully resolved within 5 business days. Complex matters may take longer, but you will be informed of the timeline and progress.

Absolutely. Parents and guardians are welcome to reach out with questions about their student's experience, university policies, or any concerns. We value open communication with families and will do our best to assist.

For urgent matters during office hours, please call the Reception directly. Outside office hours, send an email marked "URGENT" in the subject line. Emergency situations should be directed to campus security.

Yes. While providing your contact details helps us follow up and resolve issues more effectively, anonymous submissions are accepted. All feedback is treated with confidentiality and respect.
