Your wellbeing comes first, always

University life is exciting — but it can also be challenging. Our professional counselors offer free, confidential sessions to help you manage stress, anxiety, homesickness, or anything else on your mind.

And our support doesn't end at graduation. As a TIU student, the wellbeing team is there for you — for the duration of your studies and beyond.

Career support

Every student deserves someone in their corner

Sometimes the best support comes from someone who's been through it. Our peer mentoring programme connects you with experienced students who can offer guidance, encouragement, and honest advice about university life.

Whether you're a first-year finding your feet or a senior preparing for graduation — there's a mentor ready to help you navigate what's next.
