Semester 1 runs from September to January, and Semester 2 runs from February to May. The summer period (June-August) includes graduation, resit exams, and optional summer school.
The add/drop period allows you to change your course selection within the first two weeks of each semester. After this deadline, changes require approval from the Academic Affairs office and may appear on your transcript.
Semester 1 results are published by early February. Semester 2 results are published by 1 June. You can access your grades through the LMS student portal.
Yes. Summer school runs from late July to mid-August. It's a great option if you want to get ahead, retake a course, or explore a subject outside your programme. Registration opens in May.
Yes. TIU observes Uzbekistan's national holidays including Independence Day (1 September), Constitution Day (8 December), Navruz (21 March), and other public holidays. Classes are not held on these days.
