IT services for students
Campus Wi-Fi
High-speed wireless internet across all buildings, lecture halls, dormitories, and outdoor areas. Connect with your student credentials.
Student email
Every student receives a @tiu.uz email address with Microsoft 365 access — including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
Software licences
Free access to Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, MATLAB, and other software through your student account.
Computer labs
Open-access labs with desktop computers, high-speed internet, and specialist software for coursework and projects.
IT Help Desk
On-campus support for password resets, connectivity issues, device setup, and software troubleshooting. Walk in or email us.
Cybersecurity
We protect the campus network and your data. Follow our guidelines to stay safe online — and report any suspicious activity.
How to connect to campus Wi-Fi
Open Wi-Fi settings and select TIU-Student
Enter your student ID as username and LMS password
Accept the security certificate when prompted
You're connected — your device will auto-join next time
Having trouble?
Visit the IT Help Desk in Building A, Room 105, or email it@tiu.uz. We're available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
IT FAQs
Go to the LMS login page and click "Forgot Password". You'll receive a reset link at your personal email. If that doesn't work, visit the IT Help Desk with your student ID.
Absolutely. Connect to TIU-Student Wi-Fi with your credentials. We recommend keeping your operating system and antivirus software up to date.
Log in to office.com with your @tiu.uz email. From there, you can download and install Office 365 on up to 5 personal devices at no cost.
Students receive a free printing allowance of 100 pages per semester. Additional pages can be purchased at the IT desk. Colour printing costs extra.
