Prices vary depending on the type of housing. Shared student flats start from $150/month, the university student residence from $200/month, and private studio apartments from $350/month. All prices include utilities and basic furnishings.
Yes. If you and another student both request to share, we'll do our best to accommodate that. Otherwise, we'll match you with a compatible roommate based on your preferences (gender, study habits, language).
All housing options come fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and kitchen access. Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are included. Some options also include air conditioning, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security.
Yes. International students can typically move in 3–5 days before orientation week begins. The International Office will confirm your exact move-in date once your housing is arranged.
If you're unhappy with your housing, contact the International Office. Room changes are possible within the first 2 weeks of the semester, subject to availability. We'll work with you to find a better fit.
