TIU's exchange programmes give you the opportunity to study at a partner university for one or two semesters while remaining enrolled at TIU. Your credits transfer back to your TIU degree, so you don't lose any time.
Exchange students immerse themselves in a different academic culture, improve their language skills, and gain independence — all qualities that employers value highly. Many of our students describe their exchange semester as the highlight of their university experience.
Our International Office supports you at every step, from choosing a destination to arranging accommodation and visa documents.
What you get

Credit transfer
All credits earned at the partner university transfer directly to your TIU degree. No time lost, no repeated courses.
No extra tuition
You continue paying TIU tuition fees during your exchange. Partner university tuition is waived under our agreements.
Full support
Our International Office helps with visa applications, accommodation, travel logistics, and pre-departure orientation.
Cultural immersion

Who can apply?
Exchange programmes are open to all TIU students who meet the following criteria:
- Completed at least one full academic year at TIU
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
- English language proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
- No outstanding disciplinary issues
- Approval from your department head

Apply by 1 March — depart in September
Apply by 1 October — depart in February
